What we collect
When you book: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the address where we groom, your pets' details and notes, and your booking history. When you apply to join our team: the details you enter in the form.
Payments
We do not take card details online yet; you pay after the groom. When online payment starts, cards will be processed by Stripe and we will never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule and carry out your grooms, text you about your visits (reminders, on-the-way updates, photos, and rebooking), take payment, and answer your messages. We share your name, address, pet details and notes with the groomer assigned to your visit.
Texts
We text you about your bookings. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information.
